Healer and Lifelong Seeker

I didn’t choose this path. It chose me, and then it wouldn’t let me go.

There’s a version of my story that sounds neat. Corporate career. Spiritual awakening. Move to Ibiza. Become a healer. Return to Brighton.

But the real version?

It’s messier than that. It’s grief that wouldn’t shift. Pain that no amount of success could cover. A grandmother who saw spirits and a grandson who pretended he didn’t. It’s years of running from a calling that was always there, waiting patiently, until I finally stopped running.

And I’m glad it did.

My Journey: From Corporate Burnout to Shamanic Calling

I spent years building a successful career in the UK’s corporate world. On the outside, I had everything. On the inside, I was carrying unresolved pain, loss, and a deep disconnection from who I truly was.

My grandmother was a gifted medium. She opened my eyes to the spiritual world before I could fully understand it. Those early seeds lay dormant for decades, through career success, through personal trials, through everything life threw at me, until they finally broke through the surface.

The turning point came when I found my Shamanic Maestra, Skie Hummingbird. Under her guidance, I began training in the Andean shamanic traditions, ancient practices of energy work, ceremony, and deep spiritual connection that have been held by indigenous healers for thousands of years.

That training didn’t just change my practice. It changed me.

Four Years in Ibiza: Where Healing Deepened

Spirit led me to Ibiza. Not the Ibiza of nightclubs and parties, the other Ibiza. The ancient, sacred island that has drawn healers, mystics, and seekers for millennia.

For four years, I lived and breathed healing on that extraordinary island. I conducted cacao ceremonies under starlit skies. I led fire ceremonies on clifftops overlooking the Mediterranean. I held space for deep transformation in one of the most energetically powerful places on Earth.

During this time, I was honoured to work with Six Senses Ibiza, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury wellness resorts. In collaboration with Holistic Serenity, I facilitated cacao ceremonies, fire ceremonies, and sound baths for their guests, bringing shamanic healing into a setting that demands the highest standard of professionalism and care.

That experience taught me something valuable: this work belongs everywhere. Not just in sacred circles, but in boardrooms, on retreat stages, and in the quiet privacy of a one-to-one session. Real healing meets people where they are.

Coming Home: Brighton, Newhaven, and a New Chapter

Ibiza gave me everything I needed. And then it was time to come home.

I returned to the UK, specifically to Brighton and Newhaven on the East Sussex coast, because this is where I’m needed most. The South Coast has a vibrant community of seekers, healers, and people who are ready for something deeper. And frankly, the UK needs this work right now. People are stressed, disconnected, and searching for meaning in a world that moves too fast.

I brought everything I learned in Ibiza back with me. The ceremonies. The techniques. The depth. But I also brought a renewed commitment to making healing accessible, practical, and grounded, not mystical for the sake of mystical, but genuinely transformative.

Shamanic Training

Trained in Andean shamanic traditions under Shamanic Maestra Skie Hummingbird.
Practised and refined over 6+ years of professional shamanic healing.
Specialising in shamanic journeying, soul retrieval, energy clearing, cacao ceremonies, fire ceremonies, and shamanic drumming.
Plant-medicine-free approach; I work with energy, sound, and ceremony rather than substances like Ayahuasca.

Reiki Master

Fully qualified Reiki Master in both Usui Reiki and Angelic Reiki.
Certified to practise and teach Reiki to others.
Integrating Reiki energy work into shamanic sessions for deeper healing.

Massage and Bodywork

Qualified in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian temple bodywork).
Understanding that the body holds trauma, and sometimes the hands find what words cannot.

Sound Healing

Lifelong musician: guitar, drums, piano, handpan, and more.
Sound healing practice rooted in decades of musical experience.
Facilitating group sound baths and private sound healing sessions using singing bowls, drums, handpan, and voice.
Previously delivering sound healing experiences at exclusive Ibiza hotels such as Six Senses and Nobu.

I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken. I’m here to help you remember who you are beneath the layers of conditioning, trauma, fear, and self-doubt that life has piled on top.

My approach blends ancient shamanic wisdom with modern psychological tools: nervous system regulation and grounded, practical tools, because I’ve found that the deepest transformation happens when you honour both the spiritual and the practical.

Every session I offer, whether it’s a shamanic healing ceremony or a sound bath, is designed to help you reconnect with your own inner power. I create a safe, sacred, and deeply inclusive space where you can drop the armour, feel what needs to be felt, and begin to heal.

What Makes My Work Different

No plant medicines. My ceremonies use energy work, drumming, sound, and cacao. Never Ayahuasca or other psychoactive substances

When I’m Not Working

Balance matters to me. When I’m not holding space for clients, you’ll find me playing one of my many instruments (the handpan is a current favourite), cycling along the coast, enjoying a quiet moment at the beach, or cooking a good meal for friends.

I believe a healer who doesn’t look after their own wellbeing can’t hold space for anyone else’s. So I practise what I teach: daily grounding, regular ceremony, creative expression, and rest.
