Alchemy & Alignment is an intimate, sound bath journey held in my private home healing space in Peacehaven. This is a small-group experience designed to help you gently release stuck emotions and stagnant energy, so you can meet what’s next with clarity, softness, and momentum.
Friday 13th isn’t “bad luck” here, it’s a transformation threshold. A night for clearing the old signal and inviting in rapid renewal.
You’ll be guided through a grounding introduction and a deeply restorative sound bath featuring:
- Crystal singing bowls (harmonic reset + emotional cleansing)
- Shamanic drum (grounding, clearing, inner strength)
- Handpans (heart-opening rhythm + calm focus)
- Flute (breath, release, inner guidance)
- Chimes & rattles (aura clearing + energetic refresh)
Throughout the journey, I’ll also weave in Angelic Reiki, creating a gentle healing current that supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and a feeling of being “put back together” from the inside out.

Date & time: Friday 13 March 2026, 7:15 pm (please arrive on time so we can begin the journey by 7.30 pm)
What to bring
- A yoga mat, if you have one (a few spares available)
- Blanket and pillow for extra comfort
- Water bottle
- Comfy clothes
- Optional: a small item/talisman to hold during the release intention (crystal, ring, feather)
